- Only verified, established real estate professionals are allowed to become members of My Island MLS. This ensures that you are working with professionals that know the market and the sales or purchasing process.
- My Island MLS only allows listings to be posted that are exclusive listings. If you are a seller you will need to commit to a real estate professional to list your property exclusively to have your property on the MLS. This ensures the seller receives only the highest professionalism in marketing your property.
- Buyers can view properties that are exclusive listings which ensures all listing information is accurate and up to date. Listings are updated regularly and properties that have sold or expired are removed from the MLS. This means no more wasting time clicking through hundreds of listings that are no longer on the market or were sold months or even years ago!
